How to Make Microwave Strawberry Tanghulu — Step by Step
Step 1 — Prep
Wash strawberries and dry completely. Leave stems on for a natural handle. Prepare an ice bath (bowl with cold water + ice) and set nearby.
Step 2 — Mix sugar & water
Combine 2/3 cup sugar with 1/3 cup water in a microwave-safe glass or measuring cup. Do not stir.
Step 3 — Microwave
